Brakshun (White Mumijo Shilajit)


From the Altai Mountain range in Russia and Siberia comes Brakshun. White shilajit (Brakshun) typically has sodium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, silicon, chromium, selenium, iodine, cobalt, nickel but levels vary depending on how old it is and what geological characteristics are around the deposit. It can increase the resistance of the human organism to the adverse effects of environmental factors, improves protein, carbohydrate, lipid and water-salt exchange, activates the regeneration of damaged tissues, has immunomodulatory, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-viral, anti-tumor, antispasmodic, choleretic and even topical analgesic effects.


White shilajit is typically best used in conjunction with black shilajit.
