RETURN, SHIPPING, AND BILLING POLICIES
Prohibited States and Countries
Currently we cannot ship kratom to individuals under age 21 or individuals residing in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, or cities of San Diego, CA, Oceanside, CA, Denver, CO, Jerseyville, IL, or Sarasota County, FL.
US Domestic Customers
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange for different product. You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to send us your return. The return must contain at least 90% of the original packages/product. You must contact us and discuss your return with us prior to sending a return. Golden Rule Botanicals will not cover the cost of return shipping.
If a US domestic item does not arrive due a USPS problem (ie no tracking updates for more than 7 business days), we will offer a replacement package after 14 days from the original shipping date. However, if both packages arrive, you will be responsible for paying for the cost of the replacement package. If an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS but the customer cannot find it, we do not offer money back. We do not accept returns of the duplicate order in this event.

We no longer offer our products to customers internationally for the time being.
If you would like to return an item, please contact Golden Rule Botanicals to discuss your reason for your return at 480-414-4532 and to obtain return address. Once you have mailed the item, the customer must email the tracking number to email@example.com. We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving your return package. The customer is responsible for paying for and printing the return mailing label, and discussing the return with Golden Rule Botanicals. ALL “ON SALE” ITEMS (such as Luck of the Draw, individual sale items) ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
If you need a refund, Golden Rule Botanicals will refund your payment in the way it was originally transmitted to us. For instance, if you paid by credit card, your money will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid by eDebit, your money will be refunded to you via live check. The refund will appear on your end after 5-7 business days depending on your bank. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your return.
We have a maximum of one business day handling period for all of our orders. If you order a product from us, it will ship out within one business day of payment being received. We currently ship only via USPS. Orders placed using eDebit Direct payment method of over 1kg will have a mandatory hold until payment has cleared (roughly 7 business days). Customer’s may expedite this process by submitting proof of payment clearing on their end prior to deposit being received on GRB’s end.
All orders placed daily prior to the 2p cutoff are dropped off at USPS each evening, unless the order is placed on a USPS/federal holiday. We do not have control over how quickly USPS delivers packages, but our packages typically arrive anywhere in the US within 2-3 business days. Due to the impact of COVID-19, some shipping times vary or arrive later than usual. Sometimes, USPS does not scan packages or they arrive several days later than expected.
We accept payment options with major credit cards, electronic debit (eDebit Direct), Green Bean Pay, payment links, and money order. Orders placed using eDebit Direct payment method of over 1kg will have a mandatory hold until payment has cleared. Orders are limited to a maximum of 2kg for the time being unless prior arrangements have been made with the Birds.
The customer is only billed one time, at the point of sale. There are no additional fees beyond the price listed on the sales page. There are no recurring payments that are billed to the customer unless explicitly stated. Customer should not press “Submit Order” more than one time.
