RETURN, SHIPPING, AND BILLING POLICY

Prohibited States and Countries
At this time, we do not ship to the U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
We also do not ship to the countries: Australia, Burma, Denmark, Finland, Lithuania, Malaysia, Myramar, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.

Return Policy
US Domestic Customers

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund. You have 14 days from the date of your purchase to send us your return. Returned items must be unopened. The return must contain at least 90% of the original packages. You must contact us and discuss your return with us prior to sending a return. Golden Rule Botanicals will not cover the cost of return shipping.

If a US domestic item does not arrive due a USPS problem (ie no tracking updates for more than 5 business days), we will offer a replacement package. However, if both packages arrive, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the cost of the replacement package. If an item is marked as “delivered” by USPS and the customer cannot find it, we do not offer money back.

International Customers
We do not offer refunds for international orders, because the costs of shipping may be more than the product itself.

If an international shipment does not make it through US customs, we offer full money back. However, if the shipment passes through US customs but is held by foreign customs or a foreign delivery service loses a package or foreign delivery service returns the item to us as undeliverable, we do not offer money back.

If an item makes its way to a U.S. export center, such as New York, NY or Miami, FL, it is viewed as having passed to a foreign delivery service, even if no further update is made

Return Procedure
If you would like to return an item, please contact Golden Rule Botanicals to discuss your reason for your return at 480-414-4532 and to obtain return address. Once you have mailed the item, the customer must email the tracking number to [email protected] We will issue a refund within 24 hours of receiving your return package. The customer is responsible for paying for and printing the return mailing label, and discussing the return with Golden Rule Botanicals.

Refund Method
If you need a refund, Golden Rule Botanicals will refund your payment in the way it was originally transmitted to us. For instance, if you paid by credit card, your money will be refunded to your credit card. The refund will appear on your end after 5-7 business days depending on your bank. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your return.

Shipping Policy
We have a maximum of one business day handling period for all of our orders. If you order a product from us, it will ship out within one business day.

We currently ship only via USPS.

We do not have control over how quickly USPS delivers packages, but our packages typically arrive anywhere in the US within 2-3 business days, and arrive internationally within 2 weeks. Sometimes, USPS does not scan packages or they arrive several days later than expected. Sometimes, due to customs issues, international orders may take longer than the expected amount of time.

Accepted Payments
We accept payment options with major credit cards.

Billing Policy
The customer is only billed one time, at the point of sale. There are no additional fees beyond the price listed on the sales page. There are no recurring payments that are billed to the customer unless explicitly stated. Customer should not press “Submit Order” more than one time.

We are closed on weekends, orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Emails/calls/messages sent over the weekend will be responded to on Monday. Dismiss
